- Payment by general payment slip. Products for which an order has been concluded can be paid for by payment via a general payment slip in all branches of banks, Post offices. After confirming the order, Vugform forwards the information required for payment by general payment slip via e-mail. All data must be entered correctly in the general payment slip and the payment must be made within the deadline.
- Payment by internet banking. Products for which an order has been concluded can be paid for via internet banking of any bank in which the possibility of such a method of payment is open. After confirming the order, Vugform forwards all the necessary information to make the payment via e-mail.
- Payment by proforma invoice (only for legal entities). Legal entities have the option of payment by proforma invoice. After confirming the order, Vugform sends a proforma invoice to the customer’s e-mail address. Upon receipt of payment in accordance with the proforma invoice, the delivery procedure is initiated.
- Cash on delivery (SELFIE LIGHT RING only). Cash on delivery is paid in cash to the courier, after which you receive a confirmation of receipt and payment of the shipment, and the invoice subsequently to your e-mail address. In case the recipient is unable to receive the shipment at a defined delivery address shipments, the courier leaves a notice of arrival of the shipment.

- The shipping cost is calculated automatically when you purchase the product, after that, you are given an invoice containing the price of the products purchased and the delivery price.
- Shipping cost will be in the cart with the price of the product.
- Delivery time of products, which are in stock, in Croatia is within 2 – 5 working days from the date of visible payment, except for products with a special note
- In case of change of delivery time the buyer will be notified.
- The warranty on Vugform cosmetic mirrors is 24 months.
- The limited warranty on the “Selfie ring light” is 12 months.
- The warranty on the “Diva ring light” is 12 months.
- Any unauthorized repairs and alterations of the product parts void the warranty.

Vugform d.o.o. will keep your personal information confidential, will not distribute it, publish it, give it to third parties (except for the purpose of delivering products where it will be forwarded to courier services) for use, or otherwise make it available to any third party without your prior consent.

- If not satisfied with the product purchased in the www.vugform.hr online shop, the customer has the right to make a complaint within the legal deadline.
- end an e-mail with the note COMPLAINT BY ORDER (Order No.) to info@vugform.hr.
- In case of a complaint, the customer is obliged to return the product to us within the agreed time. We will consider the complaint valid if the inspection of the product determines that it meets the conditions of a complaint in accordance with the Civil Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act. In this case, we will replace the product or refund the full amount paid within 15 days of receiving a valid complaint.
- If we find that the complaint is not valid, if we reject the complaint, the buyer must pay the cost of transport in order for the goods to be sent back to their home address.
- Repair of products and replacement of worn-out parts, and subsequent installation of additional elements can be done in Vugform d.o.o.
